#CaseForChange - Connected Mangroves

The mangroves provide a natural barrier for typhoons and breeding spot for fishes which protect and sustain the fishermen in the region.
Connected Mangroves is a project that utilises Internet Of Things (IOT) as a real time data transmitting system to maintain and monitor the mangroves.
My mission this time, is to capture clean audio from the host, as well as recording authentic ambiences from the mangroves on site.
In audio post production, I am also required to clean up the voice from the host as much as possible (ie: removing the sound of fishing boat passing by) and also design the sfx which could convey the emotion of the visual.
I love spending time in the nature, collecting sounds from the environment as it provides a good time for self reflection, but more importantly, safekeeping sounds from our nature that might otherwise dissappear for good.
